As a Builder Customer Service Representative, you can expect to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards and metrics
  • Provide information to Home Builders/Supervisors/Vendors on our product installs
  • Print and distribute service tickets and graphs for the HomeTeam Installers
  • Execute regional and corporate reports
  • Schedule Builder services and resolve accounting questions
  • Collect and reconcile payments received from Home Builders
  • Maintaining good customer relationships
  • Escalating appropriate inquiries or problems to mangers
  • Able to resolve customer inquiries
  • Communicate with Field Managers and Office Personnel about concerns surrounding installations.
